Longhorn Striping & Pressure Washing LLC provides parking lot striping, fire lane marking, pavement signage and accessories, pressure washing, seal coating, and asphalt/concrete repair services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
 

2. Quotes and Bids
 

2.1 Quotes and bids requested through our Site are estimates based on the information you provide (property address, project scope, etc.) and are subject to confirmation after an onsite assessment.
 

2.2 We aim to respond to bid requests within 48 hours, but response times are not guaranteed.
 

2.3 Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions, project scope, or access requirements differ from what was described at the time of the request.
 

3. Scheduling and Completion
 

3.1 Project scheduling will be confirmed directly with you following an accepted bid.
 

3.2 We are not liable for delays due to weather, permitting, material availability, third-party access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

3.3 Some services may be performed by Longhorn Striping directly, and others may be fulfilled in partnership with third-party paving and maintenance contractors, as disclosed to you as needed for your project.
 

4. Payment
 

Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be provided in your project agreement or invoice. Full payment terms will be disclosed prior to work commencing.
 

5. Communications Consent (SMS, Email, and Calls)
 

5.1 By submitting your contact information through our bid request form or any other form on this Site, you consent to be contacted by Longhorn Striping & Pressure Washing LLC via phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email regarding your bid request, project scheduling, service updates, billing, and related customer service matters.
 

5.2 **Message frequency varies.** Message and data rates may apply.
 

5.3 You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying **STOP** to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply **HELP** for assistance, or contact us directly.
 

5.4 **No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.** This does not include our service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., scheduling and communication platforms), who are bound by confidentiality obligations and use the information only to provide services on our behalf.
